1. Informational purpose only
All content is provided for general information and record-keeping purposes. It is not advice of any kind — financial, investment, legal, tax or accounting — and must not be relied upon as such. Consult a licensed professional in your jurisdiction before acting.
2. No warranty of accuracy or availability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that data is accurate, complete, current or uninterrupted, or that defects will be corrected. Statistics and insights are derived from data you or your broker supplied and inherit any errors in it.
3. Third-party services and links
We are not responsible for third-party brokers, prop firms, data providers, connectivity providers, payment processors, or any website we link to. Their content, terms, pricing and conduct are their own.
4. No income claims or testimonials as guarantees
We make no representation that any user will earn money or avoid losses. Any user story, sample journal or screenshot is illustrative, reflects an individual experience, and is not typical or guaranteed.
5. Taxes and reporting
Reports and exports generated by the Service are convenience summaries, not certified tax or accounting documents. You are solely responsible for your tax filings and for verifying figures against your broker’s statements.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRADLYMA and its owners, employees and suppliers are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, lost data, business interruption, breached broker or prop-firm rule, or any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damage arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
7. Severability
If any provision of our legal documents is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in full force, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by the closest enforceable equivalent.
