1. Subscriptions
Plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis at the price displayed at checkout, in the currency shown there. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Prices exclude any taxes that may apply in your country; where we are required to collect VAT or similar taxes, they are added at checkout.
2. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for. We do not charge cancellation fees.
3. Upgrades and downgrades
Upgrading unlocks the higher plan’s entitlements immediately, including the larger connected-account allowance and, on the top plan, Trading Academy access. Downgrading applies the lower plan’s limits; if you have more connected trading accounts than the new plan allows, the excess accounts are deactivated and stop syncing, but your historical journal data, notes and screenshots are preserved and become available again if you upgrade.
4. Refunds
- If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or another jurisdiction with a statutory withdrawal right, you may cancel within 14 days of your first purchase for a full refund, unless you asked us to start the service immediately and consumed it, in which case a proportionate amount may be retained.
- Outside a statutory right, payments for periods already started are generally non-refundable, because the Service is delivered immediately upon purchase.
- We will refund duplicate charges, charges after a valid cancellation, and cases where a technical fault on our side prevented you from using the Service for a substantial part of a billing period.
- Refunds for the Trading Academy may be declined once a substantial part of the course material has been accessed.

5. Failed payments and chargebacks
If a payment fails we may retry and may suspend access until it succeeds. Please contact us before opening a chargeback; fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may lead to permanent termination and to reversal of any related partner commissions.
6. Partner payouts
Partner commissions are calculated on net receipts and become payable only after the refund and chargeback window has passed. Commissions on refunded, reversed or fraudulent payments are cancelled. Partners are responsible for their own taxes.
