1. Our rights
The Service — including its software, source code, design, layout, graphics, icons, text, course materials, videos and the TRADLYMA name, logo and “TRADE. TRACK. EVOLVE.” tagline — is owned by TRADLYMA or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other laws. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
2. Your licence
Subject to your subscription and these terms, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service and to view educational content for your own trading. You may not copy, record, republish, resell, sublicense, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content, and you may not use it to train machine-learning models or to build a competing product.
3. Your content stays yours
Journal notes, screenshots and trading data you upload remain your property. You grant us only the technical licence needed to store, process and display them back to you. You confirm you have the rights to what you upload and will not upload third-party copyrighted material without permission.
4. Third-party names, marks and logos
Broker, prop-firm, exchange, platform and instrument names shown in the Service — including MetaTrader 4, MetaTrader 5, MetaQuotes, and the names of brokers listed in the account-connection picker — are the trademarks of their respective owners. They are used purely descriptively, to identify the venue or platform a user’s data comes from. TRADLYMA is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or certified by any of them, and no partnership is implied.
Asset icons displayed on the website (for gold, currencies and crypto-assets) are our own original artwork or are generic symbols; we do not reproduce third-party brand logos, and we do not display exchange or index logos. Market prices and economic calendar entries come from public sources, are shown as factual data points only, and no data provider’s branding is used.
5. Feedback
If you send us suggestions or feature ideas, we may use them without restriction or compensation, and you waive any claim to them.
6. Reporting infringement (takedown)
If you believe material in the Service infringes your copyright or trademark, email maoradmoni1111@gmail.com with: identification of the work, the exact location of the material, your contact details, a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorised, a statement that your notice is accurate, and your signature. We remove or disable infringing material promptly and terminate repeat infringers.
